Shrimp in Garlic Oil

- 16 King prawn
- 4 Tbsps Pastry flour
- 1 chili pepper
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 lemon
- 1 rosemary
- 4 thyme
- 6 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 Zucchini
- salt
- peppers (freshly ground)
Preparation steps
1. Peel shrimp down to the tail segment, remove the guts and rinse thoroughly.
2. Rinse the chilies, cut in half, and remove the seeds.
3. Cut the chilies into thin strips.
4. Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices.
5. Cut the lemon into slices.
6. Pluck the herbs, rinse, and drain on paper towels.
7. Heat 4 tablespoons olive oil in a hot pan.
8. Saute all the herbs, chilies, and garlic until fragrant.
9. Remove the vegetables from the pan but leave the oil in the pan.
10. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper and toss in the flour. Remove any excess flour and place in the hot oil. Cook for about 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Add the lemons and cooked vegetables.
11. Rinse the zucchini and cut into slices. In a separate pan, heat the zucchini in the remaining oil until golden brown on both sides. Season with salt and pepper and serve with the shrimp.
