- 600 grams Pork tenderloin
- 1 red Bell pepper
- 1 yellow Bell pepper
- 3 white onions (spring onions)
- plentiful Cherry tomatoes (as desired)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 tsp ground paprika
- 2 Tbsps olive oil (extra-virgin)

Preparation steps
1.
Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces. Rinse and halve peppers, then remove seeds and ribs and cut into pieces. Peel onions and cut into thick wedges. Mix the oil with the paprika.

Thread skewers alternately with onions, pork and peppers, beginning and ending with onions. Brush kebabs with paprika-oil and season with salt and pepper. Place skewers on a hot charcoal grill or griddle and cook until golden-brown on all sides. If desired, grill additional onion halves and cherry tomatoes alongside. Serve kebabs with toasted bread and a dip made from onion strips and ketchup.
