- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup white wine vinegar
- 3 Tbsps Sesame seeds

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Large knife, 1 Fine grater, 1 Citrus juicer, 2 Bowls, 1 Whisk, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Tablespoon
Preparation steps
1.
Put the peppers in a pan and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook for 5-6 minutes, until partially softened. Drain, sprinkle with salt and allow to cool for 20 minutes.
2.
Slice the peppers, discarding the seeds and pith.
3.
Mix together the garlic, oil and vinegar in a bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add the sliced peppers, cover and leave to stand for 1 hour.
4.
Put the peppers and dressing in a serving bowl and sprinkle the sesame seeds over the top.
