1 long, seeded Loaf of bread (cut lengthways into thin slices)
light olive oil cooking spray

Preparation steps

Heat the oven to 180°C (160° fan) 350°F gas 4. Line a large baking tray with non-stick baking paper.

Place the bread slices on the baking tray in a single layer. Spray with olive oil spray. Turn the slices over and spray again with oil.
3.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and very crisp. Place on a wire rack to cool completely.
