- 2 Fennel bulb
- 2 Oranges
- Sea salt

Preparation steps

Rinse and pat dry sea bream. Score deeply on each side 3-4 times. Rinse and dry fennel, core and cut into strips. Peel oranges, removing as mush pith as possible and slice. Insert orange slices into score marks on the fish.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C upper and lower heat.

Oil baking sheet and arrange fennel and remaining orange slices into it. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Season fish inside and out with salt and pepper and place onto fennel and oranges. Drizzle with a little oil. Place some thyme sprigs inside fish and place the rest on top of fish. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 35-45 minutes. Serve.
