- 4 slices Whole Wheat Toast
- 1 tsp cream cheese
- 4 Cherry tomatoes
- 4 eggs
- salt
- white peppers
- Sprout (for garnish)
- Fresh herbs (for garnish)
- 1 Tbsp butter
Preparation steps

Toast the bread, cool and spread with a thin layer of cream cheese. Rinse the tomatoes and cut into wedges. Rinse the herbs and sprouts and drain well.

Crack the eggs, whisk and then scramble in hot butter. falter with stirring in hot butter. Season with salt and pepper, place in the middle of the toast and surround with tomatoes. Garnish with herbs and sprouts and serve.
