- 2 Tomatoes
- 3 ripe Peaches
- 2 sprigs Verbena
- 1 red chili pepper
- 1 green chili pepper
- 600 grams Natural yogurt
- 200 milliliters Vegetable broth
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- sugar
- 4 King prawn (ready to cook, peeled and deveined)
- 2 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps
1.
Blanch tomatoes in boiling salted water, rinse with ice cold water then peel, quarter, core and cut flesh into small cubes. Peel peaches, cut in half, remove pits and dice flesh into small cubes. Rinse herbs, shake dry, pluck off the leaves and chop finely.

Rinse chili peppers, cut in half lengthwise, remove seeds and finely chop. Add with herbs, peaches and tomatoes, mix well and spread over 4 bowls. Combine yogurt with broth and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper and a pinch of sugar.
3.
Rinse shrimp, pat dry, season with salt and pepper and sear in a hot pan with oil. Pour yogurt soup into bowls over salad and garnish each with a fried shrimp before serving.
