This summery smoothie is packed with protein from the yogurt and vitamin C from the peaches.

If you're vegan, feel free to replace the yogurt with coconut milk yogurt.

3 large, ripe Peaches (peeled and roughly chopped; plus a few slices for garnish)
2 Tbsps honey (optional)
1 cup plain non-fat yogurt (optional)
1 cup cubed Ice
3 sprigs fresh mint (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Place peaches, honey and yogurt in a blender and pulse for about 30 seconds or until smooth. Add ice and blend for an additional 30 seconds. Pour into glasses, garnish glasses with peach slices and mint sprigs; serve.
