- 16 ozs carrots (cut into sticks)
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 Tbsp rosemary
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- Sea salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 4 lamb chops
Preparation steps

Place the carrots in a pan with enough water to cover. Bring to a boil, and cook for 10-15 minutes, until tender.
2.
Remove from the heat, and drain. Gently toss with 2 tablespoons of oil, rosemary and lemon juice. Season with sea salt and pepper.
3.
Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan and cook the chops for about 10 minutes, turning once, until tender.
4.
Place on warm serving plates with the carrots and sprinkle the chops lightly with sea salt.
