200 grams Sausage meat
2 Tbsps finely chopped parsley

250 milliliters Beef broth
2 Tbsps grated Mountain cheese
2 Tbsps butter

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

2.

Peel kohlrabis and trim stem ends flat. Remove pulp from centers of kohlrabis and chop finely. Mix kohlrabi pulp with sausage and 1 tablespoon parsley and season with salt and pepper.

Fill kohlrabis with sausage mixture and place in buttered baking dish. Pour broth over kohlrabis and cover baking dish.

4.

Bake 35 minutes.

5.

Remove cover and sprinkle stuffed kohlrabi with cheese and small flakes of butter. Return uncovered baking dish to oven and bake until cheese is golden brown, 10 minutes.

6.

Sprinkle baked kohlrabi with remaining parsley and serve.
