- 150 grams Sauerkraut
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 l Beef broth
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 2 Tbsps Pastry flour
- 200 grams Kielbasa (Polish sausage)
- 4 starchy potatoes
- 100 milliliters Whipped cream
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Peel and finely chop garlic. In a pot, sauté garlic and sliced sausage in melted butter. Sprinkle with flour and pour in broth. Add bay leaf, rinsed and peeled potatoes, and sauerkraut.

Cover and simmer until potatoes begin to fall apart, stirring occasionally, about 30 minutes. Stir in cream, bring briefly to a boil and season with salt and pepper.
