- For Cilantro Yogurt Dressing
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (peeled)
- 1 bunch cilantro (rinsed and shaken dry)
- 1 cup low-fat plain Yogurt
- 1 Tbsp fresh Lime juice
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- salt (to taste)
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
- For Chicken Wraps
- 1 rotisserie chicken skin and bones discarded; meat shredded into bite-sized pieces (about 500 g | 3 cups)
- 1 large, red Bell pepper (rinsed; trimmed and sliced into thin strips)
- 1 Cucumber (peeled; sliced lengthwise into thin strips)
- fresh cilantro (rinsed and dried)
- 4 whole wheat Tortillas

For Cilantro Yogurt Dressing:

In the bowl of a food processor, combine garlic and cilantro and pulse for 2 seconds. Add yogurt, lime juice, chili powder, salt and pepper. Transfer to a small bowl and chill in the refrigerator until ready to use.

For Chicken Wraps:

Place chicken slices, pepper strips, cucumber strips and cilantro into wraps and drizzle with cilantro yogurt dressing. Roll the wrap and serve.
