- 2 Sea bream fillets each about 220 grams (approximately 8 ounces)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 yellow Dandelion greens
- 1 Tbsp White vinegar
- 2 stems Lavender
Preparation steps
1.
Season sea bream fillets with salt and pepper. Rinse dandelion greens, drain and pat dry and pluck leaves.
2.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil and butter in a pan and sauté fish fillets on each side for 2-3 minutes.
3.
Mix remaining oil and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper and mix with dandelion greens.
4.
To serve, arrange fish fillets on plate and place lavender on top and serve with dandelion greens and garnish with snapdragon flowers.
