- 400 grams
- 1 red paprika
- 1 yellow paprika
- 1 green paprika
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 100 milliliters Vegetable broth
- 100 milliliters dry white wine
- 50 grams black, pitted Olives
- 2 Tbsps freshly chopped parsley
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation steps

Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices. Rinse the peppers, quarter, remove the seeds and cut into fine strips. Drain the olives and cut into thin slices. Cook the pasta in boiling salt water until al dente.

Saute the peppers in hot oil. Add the garlic. Pour in the white wine and broth. Add the olives. Simmer for approximately 5 minutes. Combine the vegetables with the pasta and parsley. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
