- ⅜ oz Yeast (or 3.5 g dried yeast)
- 1 ⅔ cups white Bread flour
- ½ tsp fine Sea salt
- olive oil
- flour (for the work surface)
- 6 cloves garlic cloves (peeled)
- 1 Tbsp fresh rosemary (chopped)

Preparation steps
1.
Mix the yeast with approx. 125 ml lukewarm water. Mix the flour and the salt in a bowl and add the yeast mixture and 3 tbsp olive oil. Knead into a smooth dough using an electric mixer with dough hooks. Adjust the amount of flour if necessary. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for around 45 min.

Heat the oven to 200°C (180°C in a fan oven), 400°F, gas 6 and line a baking tray with grease proof paper.

knead the dough on a floured work surface and roll out into an oval shape. Place on the prepared baking tray and gently push the garlic cloves into the bread. Sprinkle with the rosemary and drizzle with some olive oil. Bake for 25-30 min until golden brown. Leave to cool before serving.
