1.
Rinse the potatoes and cook for about 20 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain, peel and set aside.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).

Rinse the chicken, pat dry and bind the legs. Mix the paprika with salt, pepper and 4 tablespoons oil and coat the chicken with the mixture. Wrap with 2 slices of bacon and place the chicken, chest down, in an oiled roasting pan. Bake in preheated oven for about 1 hour.

After 30 minutes, turn the chicken, add the potatoes with the rosemary to the chicken and cook. Stir the potatoes occasionally.
