1 day-old Bread roll
4 cups ground Meat
1 clove garlic cloves (crushed)
1 egg
1 Tbsp medium Mustard
breadcrumbs (as required)
3 Tbsps vegetable oil
2 ⅔ inches Cucumber (peeled if desired and sliced)
cup cherry Tomatoes

Preparation steps

1.
Soften the roll in warm water.
2.
Mix together the meat and the garlic. Wring out the roll and stir it in along with the egg, mustard, salt and ground black pepper. If necessary add some breadcrumbs.
3.
Shape the mixture into small balls and fry in hot oil until golden brown all over. Turn down the heat and allow the meatballs to cook fully all the way through.
4.
Skewer each meatball onto a cocktail stick along with either a slice of cucumber or a cherry tomato and serve with a green salad with bean sprouts.
