- 1 small chicken
- 2 onions
- Bell pepper (1 each, red and green)
- 100 grams button Mushroom
- 200 grams green Beans
- 3 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 200 grams parboiled Long grain rice
- 3 Tbsps Tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp Chili powder
- 2 tsps chopped thyme
- salt
- 600 milliliters Beef broth
- 80 grams green Olives
Preparation steps

Separate chicken pieces (leg, thigh, breasts). Cut breast fillets into thirds. Peel the onions and chop finely. Rinse peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs and cut into small cubes. Clean mushrooms and cut into slices.

Rinse green beans and cook in boiling salted water about 10 minutes. Drain and hold aside.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan and place the chicken in the pan. Add the onion and cook together briefly. Then add rice and stir fry until it is translucent. Add peppers, mushrooms and tomato paste and mix, cooking briefly. Season with chili powder, thyme and salt. Add broth, bring to a boil and reduce heat. Simmer about 20-30 minutes. Season to taste and serve with beans and olives.
