Red Wine Lamb Fillet with Tagliatelle

Preparation steps
1.
Cook the tagliatelle in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente.
2.
Cut lamb fillet into serving slices and season with salt and pepper.
3.
Rinse and halve zucchini and slice crosswise.
4.
Rinse and quarter the tomatoes, remove seeds and dice.
5.
Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the lamb fillet. Add zucchini and briefly cook. Pour in red wine and let simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in the tomatoes and chopped sage leaves and season with salt and pepper.
6.
Drain the pasta and serve with lamb, vegetables and sauce as desired. Garnish with sage.
