- 3 cups shredded White cabbage
- 2 cups sugar Snap pea (washed)
- 2 large carrots (peeled and thinly sliced into 1 inch pieces)
- 1 Apple (washed, quartered and thinly sliced)
- 1 Tbsp sliced scallions
- 2 Tbsps grapeseed oil
- 1 Tbsp Rice vinegar
- 2 tsps dried thyme
- kosher salt (to taste)
