Raw Steak Platter
Blitz together the olive oil, lemon juice, basil leaves, and seasoning in a food processor. Adjust seasoning to taste and set aside.
Arrange the sliced beef on a large serving platter. Season with a pinch of salt, and drizzle with some of the dressing.
Place the rocket on top of the beef.
Using a vegetable peeler, shave some Parmesan over the beef and spoon the dressing over.
