for 6 servings
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 ripe Avocados (peeled)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup raw cacao nib
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons Coconut oil (melted)
Put all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
Spoon into serving glasses and chill for about 2 hours until set.
Top with raspberries and sift a little cacao powder over the top.
