1 Tbsp Corn starch
Kiwi Fruit Layer
6 medium Kiwi (peeled and cut small)
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
½ cup sugar
1 Tbsp Corn starch
To Serve
2 cups Vanilla yogurt
additional Berry (if desired for garnish)
mint (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan.

Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the kiwi breaks down and everything has become well incorporated and thickened. Use a potato masher or fork to further break down the kiwi if necessary to achieve the desired consistency. Set the compote aside.

In a tall glass, create 4 alternating layers of fruit compote and yogurt in your preferred fashion.
