Radish and Cucumber Smoothie
Peel the cucumber and halve lengthwise. Cut 4 slices for garnish, then coarsely chop the rest. Rinse and peel the radishes. Thinly slice1-2 radishes for garnish. Halve the remaining radishes.
Puree the chopped cucumbers, radishes, yogurt, and milk in a blender. If necessary, thin the mixture with a little water. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour the smoothie into glasses, and garnish with the cucumber slices, radish slices, and chives.
