Instead of apple slices, pear slices also look good in the sweet raclette.

- 4 small Apple
- 200 grams Double cream
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp powdered sugar
Preparation steps

Peel apples and remove core and cut into thin slices. Arrange apple slices in a fan shape in raclette dishes.

Mix double cream, egg yolks, cinnamon and powdered sugar and pour over apples. Bake in raclette pan for about 10 minutes until surface browns and sauce bubbles and increases in volume. Before serving, sprinkle with cinnamon.
