- 1 red paprika
- 4 potatoes (cooked the previous day)
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 stalk Leeks
- 300 grams cold Fry (in slices)
- 300 grams Raclette Cheese (in slices)
- 50 milliliters Whipped cream
- fresh thyme
- fresh marjoram
- salt
- peppers

Preparation steps

Rinse the pepper, halve, remove the seeds and ribs and cut into bite-size pieces. Peel the potatoes and cut into large cubes. Cut the zucchini into thick slices. Halve the leek, rinse, shake dry and cut into 1.5 cm wide strips.

Blanch the vegetables in boiling salt water for 2 minutes. Drain, rinse in cold water and drain well. Pour the cream into a baking dish. Season with salt. Add the well-drained vegetables. Saute the herbs and place with the roast between slices of cheese. Place the cheese on top of the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper. Bake for about 20 minutes at 200°C (approximately 400°F). Serve immediately.
