150 grams Roquefort cheese
¼ l milk
125 grams Whipped cream
2 eggs
1 garlic clove

Preparation steps

Cut the pumpkin into thick slices and blanch in salt water for about 5 minutes. Remove the pumpkin from the water, rinse in cold water and drain well. Cut the pumpkin into small pieces. Heat olive oil in a saucepan and saute the pumpkin for about 5 minutes, until translucent. Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).

Mash the cheese with a fork. Blend the cheese, milk, cream and eggs. Season with salt and pepper. Peel the garlic and rub on a large baking dish. Spread the pumpkin in the baking dish and pour in the cream. Bake for about 30 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from the oven, let cool and serve.
