- 1 large egg (plus 2 yolks)
- 2 cups canned Pumpkin puree
- ½ cup half and half cream
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup light brown sugar
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon (ground)
- ½ tsp freshly grated ginger (ground)
- ⅛ tsp cloves (ground)
- 9 inches Pie crust

Preparation steps
1.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a large bowl lightly whisk the eggs. Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
3.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pie shell. Bake the pie on the middle rack in the oven for 45 to 55 minutes. When done, crust should be golden brown and filling set.
4.
Garnish with sugared cranberries and/or whipped cream, if desired.
