cup white wine vinegar
3 Tbsps Sea salt
1 Tbsp sugar

1 Small pot, 1 Skillet, 1 Bowl, 1 Small bowl, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Sieve, 1 Whisk, 1 Slotted spatula, 1 Salad spinner, 1 Fine grater, 1 Citrus juicer

Preparation steps

1.
Add the vinegar to approx. 1 litre of water and bring to the boil. Add the salt and sugar.
2.
Place the tomatoes in sterilised jars and pour the broth on top of them so they are completely covered. Close the lids, turn the jars upside down and leave to cool slightly. Turn the right way up and leave to cool completely. Store in the fridge and once opened, consume within a few days.
