- 1 Kitchen shears
- 1 Fish scaler
- 1 sharp, pointed Knife
Preparation steps

1. Wash the freshly caught fish in cold water. Remove all the fins with kitchen shears.

2. Under cold running water, carefully remove the scales with a fish scaler. Rinse the fish well.

3. Cut the fish along the belly from back to front with a sharp knife. Be careful not to cut too deep, so that you do not damage the entrails!

4. Remove the entrails carefully.
