250 grams Plum
1 Red onion
1 handful Ground ivy
100 milliliters sea buckthorn berry juice
2 Tbsps honey
1 tsp hot Mustard
5 Tbsps Canola oil

Preparation steps

1.

Peel potatoes, rinse and cut into bite-sized pieces. Cook in salted water about 15 minutes, then drain and let cool to lukewarm.

Rinse plums, remove pits and cut into thin slices. Peel onion, halve and cut into strips. Rinse the ground ivy, pluck off stems and chop the leaves. Set some leaves aside for garnish.

For the dressing, mix the seaberry juice with 3-4 tablespoons of water, honey, mustard and oil. Season with salt.

Arrange the potatoes with the plums and onion on plates. Drizzle with the dressing and sprinkle with the chopped ground ivy. Garnish with reserved ground ivy leaves.
