400 milliliters Vegetable broth
1 tsp dried oregano
salt

12 Anchovy
40 grams freshly grated Parmesan

Preparation steps

Peel and rinse potatoes, cut into slices. Bring vegetable broth to a boil and season with oregano, salt and pepper. Add potato slices to the broth and simmer for about 5 minutes. Remove from broth with a slotted spoon and arrange in a baking dish. Pour some broth over. Top with anchovies and bake in preheated oven at 160°C (approximately 325°F) for about 35 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve.
