Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the meat and pat dry. Rinse scallions, trim and cut diagonally into rings. Peel the onions and cut into wedges. Rinse the bell peppers, cut in half, trim and chop. Peel garlic and finely chop. Fry meat in hot oil. Add garlic, onions, scallions, bell peppers and ginger and fry for 2-3 minutes, then pour in the broth. Add vinegar, sugar, a little soy sauce and oyster sauce and simmer until vegetables are al dente, 4-5 minutes. Mix cornstarch with 1 tablespoon water and stir into sauce to thicken. Season to taste with chilli sauce, oyster sauce and soy sauce and serve.
