Ingredients

For the pork
400 grams Pork tenderloin
4 Tbsps sunflower oil
1 pkg Ramen noodle (frozen)
2 shallots (thinly sliced)
100 grams Pepperoncini (red and yellow cut into strips)
80 grams button Mushroom (cut in slices)
130 grams Bok Choy (cut into strips)
60 grams butter
1 Tbsp chopped cilantro
1 tsp ginger (cut into thin strips)
For the seasoning sauce
125 milliliters Oyster sauce
50 milliliters Chicken bouillon
2 Tbsps Blossom honey
2 Tbsps Hoisin sauce (Dark plum sauce)
2 Tbsps Rice vinegar
1 Tbsp sherry
1 tsp China- Curry powder
1 st garlic clove (finely chopped)
2 Tbsps sesame oil
1 tsp brown sugar

Preparation steps

For the pork: Cut pork tenderloin into slices and marinate with the sunflower oil. Blanch the noodles in a pot of boiling salted water for 30 seconds, drain, rinse with cold water and drain again.

For the seasoning sauce: In a bowl, mix together the oyster sauce, chicken bouillon, honey, hoisin, vinegar, sherry, curry powder, garlic, sesame oil and brown sugar.

In a skillet, heat the oil and saute the pork, working in batches if necessary, until browned on both sides and cooked through. Cover with aluminum foil to keep warm. Add the vegetables and mushrooms to the pan, mix with the seasoning sauce, add the noodles and cook, stirring freqeuntly.  In a skillet, heat the butter and ginger, add the meat and toss to coat. Serve the pork sprinkled with cilantro and ginger strips.
