Preparation steps

Thaw dough according to package instructions.

Rinse spinach and roughly chop. Blanch in a pot and drain well.

Rinse and halve cherry tomatoes. Puree tomatoes with tomato paste, pizza seasoning, salt and pepper. Roll out dough on a slightly floured surface and place on a pizza pan 28–30 cm (approximately 11–12 inches) in diameter. Brush with olive oil, then with tomato sauce.
