1 pkg pizza dough mix (frozen, 450 grams)
250 grams Spinach
150 grams Cherry tomatoes
4 Tbsps ripe Tomatoes
1 Tbsp Tomato paste
2 tsps pizza seasoning
salt
freshly ground pepper
1 Tbsp olive oil
100 grams Bresaola (thinly sliced)
100 grams Provolone cheese

Preparation steps

Thaw dough according to package instructions.

Rinse spinach and roughly chop. Blanch in a pot and drain well.

Rinse and halve cherry tomatoes. Puree tomatoes with tomato paste, pizza seasoning, salt and pepper. Roll out dough on a slightly floured surface and place on a pizza pan 28–30 cm (approximately 11–12 inches) in diameter. Brush with olive oil, then with tomato sauce. Top with spinach, tomatoes and bresaola

Grate cheese and sprinkle over pizza. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°F (approximately 400°F) for about 25 minutes. Slice and serve hot.
