Preparation steps
For the dough, knead all the ingredients to a smooth dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place about 40 minutes.
Press the fruit puree through a sieve and season to taste with with jam sugar and 1 package of vanilla sugar.
Knead the dough on a floured surface again briefly, divided into two halves and rool into 2 flat rounds (about 32 cm (approximately 12 inches)). Dust with a little powdered sugar, place on parchment paper-lined baking sheets and bake in an oven preheated to 200°C (approximately 375°C) for about 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and spread each with the fruit puree. Sprinkle the pistachios. Mix the sour cream with the remaining vanilla sugar and dollop onto the pizzas. Bake again for about 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool.
Meanwhile, rinse the berries, trim, pick through and chop if necessary. Top the pizzas decoratively with the berries and mint.
Serve with coffee as a main dish or dessert for several people.
