350 grams Puff pastry dough (frozen)
80 grams Sour cream
salt
freshly ground peppers
3 Tbsps Pine nuts
12 slices ham
1 bunch Arugula
60 grams freshly grated Parmesan

Preparation steps

1.

Thaw the puff pastry. Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F) top and bottom heat.

Cut the puff pastry into about 3x15 cm (1 1/4x6 inch) long strips and place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Brush with the sour cream, sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper, sprinkle with pine nuts and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. Place the ham on the puff pastry strips and bake for another 5-10 minutes.

Rinse the rocket, trim, spin dry and place with the Parmesan on the baked pizza pieces. Serve immediately.
