150 grams Filo dough
20 grams butter (melted)
powdered sugar (for dusting)
200 grams Strawberries
200 grams Wild strawberry
200 milliliters Whipped cream
½ Vanilla bean (halved lengthwise and seeds scraped)
1 Tbsp powdered sugar

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Unroll the phyllo dough and brush with butter. Cut into rectangles (about 6x8 cm or approximately ) with a sharp knife or pastry cutter. Place on a lined baking tray and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Bake until golden brown for about 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.

Rinse, dry and quarter the strawberries.

Beat the cream with the vanilla seeds and icing sugar until stiff.

Place a phyllo rectangle on serving plate, spoon on the cream and strawberries. Repeat layers to form a tower. Dust with powdered sugar to garnish and serve immediately.
