1 tsp whole grain Mustard
4 Tbsps olive oil
coarse Sea salt
800 grams ready to cook Pork tenderloin

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the grill to medium heat. 

2.

Grind the peppercorns with the mustard, olive oil and salt in a mortar. 

3.

Rinse the pork tenderloin and coat with the peppercorn mixture. Place on the preheated grill and cook for 20-30 minutes, turning and occasionally, until an internal temperature of 65°C (approximately 150°F) is reached. Remove from the grill and let rest for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
