Pear with Scamorza and Celery

Peel the pears, cut out the core with a corer, and cut the pears horizontally into thick slices. Immediately sprinkle each pear slice with lemon juice.
Rinse the celery, trim the ends, shake dry and pluck the leaves. Use the celery stalks otherwise. Layer the pear slices with scamorza cheese and celery alternately until all the pear slices have been used up. Serve on a plate.
