- 4 Tbsps Mascarpone
- 2 Tbsps sugar
- ¼ Vanilla bean (seeds)
- 2 Tbsps whipped Whipped cream
- 1 Pear
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 slices Spice bread (such as gingerbread or French spice bread, about 100 g)
- candied ginger (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Mix mascarpone and sugar and vanilla bean seeds and fold into whipped cream.

Peel pears and cut into quarters and remove cores and cut into small cubes. Mix pears with lemon juice. Cut spice bread into cubes. Spread cream on bottom of glass in an even layer and add a quarter of spice bread and cover with a layer of pear and finish with remaining spice bread. Garnish with candied ginger slices and serve.
