- 2 stalks Basil
- 50 grams Roquefort cheese
- 1 Lime (juiced)
- 2 Tbsps Maple syrup
- Iodized salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 Tbsp olive oil

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the pears, pat dry, cut in half and remove the core. Cut into very thin slices. Remove the basil leaves from the stems.
2.
Crumble the Roquefort finely. Stir together the lime juice, maple syrup, salt and pepper, then stir the oil into the dressing.
3.
Arrange the pear slices on plates. Sprinkle the Roquefort and basil on top. Drizzle with the maple syrup dressing and serve with a fresh baguette.
