- 1 stalk Celery
- 1 onion
- 4 Tbsps butter
- 1 ½ Tbsps Pastry flour
- 750 milliliters Chicken broth
- 125 grams Peanut butter
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsps roasted Peanuts (unsalted, coarsely chopped)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse celery. Peel onion. Cut celery and onion into small cubes.
2.
Heat butter in a large pot and saute celery and onion on medium heat, stirring.
3.
Sprinkle flour over vegetables and saute briefly, gradually add broth. Add peanut butter and simmer, stirring, on low heat for about 10 minutes. Season soup with salt, pepper and lemon juice and sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Serve.
