- 150 grams frozen Peas
- 150 milliliters Vegetable broth (from the jar)
- 1 stalk Leeks
- 100 grams Sour cream
- salt
- peppers
Preparation steps
1.
Cut the ends from the leek, cut into thin rings and rinse well.

Simmer for 15 minutes with the peas and the vegetable broth.
3.
Purée everything together, mix with the crème fraîche and season with salt and pepper before serving.
