100 milliliters Vegetable broth
60 grams grated Parmesan

Preparation steps

1.

Cook penne in salted boiling water until al dente.

Rinse, trim and slice zucchini. Peel and finely chop garlic. In a pan, sauté garlic and zucchini in hot, melted butter, 1-2 minutes. Add broth and cook 2-3 minutes more.

3.

Toss drained pasta with zucchini and half of the Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper.

4.

Divide pasta among bowls and serve sprinkled with remaining cheese.
