400 grams Fusilli

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the spinach and spin dry.

2.

Peel and finely chop the shallot and garlic. Blanch the tomatoes in hot water and rinse with cold water. Peel, quarter, and cube the tomatoes.

Cook the pasta in boiling salt water until al dente.

4.

In a hot pan, sweat the shallot and garlic in 2 tablespoons of oil until translucent. Add the spinach and tomatoes and deglaze with the wine. Season with salt and pepper and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Drain the pasta and add to the vegetables. Mix together and serve.
