- 400 grams Tagliatelle
- 1 onion (red)
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 paprika (red)
- 1 handful Spinach (fresh)
- 150 grams Feta
- 40 milliliters olive oil
- salt

- 150 milliliters Vegetable broth

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse zucchini, halve lengthwise and cut into slices. Peel and halve onion, cut into half rings. Rinse and spin dry spinach. Rinse and halve bell pepper, remove seeds and ribs and cut into bite-sized pieces. Rinse and halve tomato, remove stem and cut into wedges.

Cook pasta according to package instructions in boiling salted water until al dente.

Heat oil in a pan and saute zucchini, onion and pepper for a few minutes. Add broth and simmer for about 5 minutes, add tomato and spinach and heat through. Season with salt and pepper.
4.
Arrange pasta in preheated bowls and top with vegetable sauce. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese. Serve.
