250 grams Penne
200 grams cooked ham (sliced, trimmed)
2 small Zucchini (300 grams)
2 Tbsps butter
2 Tbsps olive oil
salt
freshly ground peppers
2 Tbsps chopped parsley

Preparation steps

1.

Cook pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente, drain, rinse in cold water and drain again, set aside. 

2.

Cut ham into about 1.5 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) pieces. 

3.

Rinse and trim zucchini, peel with a peeler into strips,  halve or cut strips into thirds.  

4.

Heat butter and oil in a pan. Saute pasta for a few minutes and add ham and zucchini, saute briefly. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with parsley. Serve.
