400 grams button Mushroom (small porcini, etc.)
250 grams cooked ham (whole piece)
2 small red chile peppers

Preparation steps

Wipe mushrooms clean with a paper towel and cut lengthwise or crosswise into thin slices. Finely dice ham. Rinse and halve chile peppers, remove seeds and ribs and finely chop. Finely chop oregano leaves.

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a pan. Add bacon and sauté briefly. Add remaining oil and mushrooms and sauté until the liquid has evaporated, about 5 minutes. Add chiles and oregano, season with salt and pepper and cook 3 minutes more. Divide pasta among plates and top with mushroom sauce.
