- 500 grams Tagliatelle
- salt
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp Pastry flour
- 150 milliliters fish stock
- 150 milliliters Whipped cream
- 1 sprig Lemongrass
- white peppers
- 150 grams crayfish (ready to cook)
- 1 Tbsp freshly chopped Dill

Preparation steps

Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain.

Peel garlic and chop finely. Heat butter in a pan and saute garlic briefly. Add flour and cook for a few seconds, add fish stock. Bring to a boil and add cream and lenghwise halved lemon. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes. Remove lemon from sauce and puree finely with an immersion blender. Season with salt and pepper. Add crayfish, dill and drained pasta, heat through and place into bowls. Serve.
